Workshop Info
Trauma-Informed Teaching in the Elementary Music Classroom
During this workshop, the focus will be on behavior as a form of communication. As the physical and digital worlds continue to change, so do our students. How do we handle and approach new and escalating behaviors we are witnessing in our students? What are our students experiencing outside of school that is affecting our teaching and their learning? We will explore strategies, environmental adjustments, and more as we continue to provide all students with the quality education they deserve.
